The Pacific On World Oceans Day

In honor of #WorldOceansDay, we decided to highlight the incredible viewpoint of the Pacific Ocean from the Oregon Coast. After a long, vertical hike through Oregon's famous pine trees, the world's largest ocean sprawls into our panoramic view and disappears into the horizon.

Oregon's scenic beaches provide a photographer's dream landscape and an adventurous surfer's paradise - if you don't mind the chill. Unlike beach-goers in South Florida, Oregon Coasters often dress in hoodies, even on the warmest coastal days.

The deep, blue waters allow beach-goers to sit back and count the waves, while hikers can escalate to viewpoints between naturally-sectioned beaches. Make sure to take a trip to an Oregon beach this summer!
